Where are you located?
We are a mobile provider which means that we will come to you for your care and treatment. We provide our specialized services at a location that is most convenient for you, whether this be your home, dance studio, or gym. We travel throughout the south Charlotte region (southern Mecklenburg county and northern Union county in North Carolina) and northern parts of York and Lancaster counties in South Carolina. Not local to the Charlotte area?

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
No, Graceful Physical Therapy and Performance LLC is a cash-based, "out-of-network" physical therapy practice. This means that our services are directly handled between the patient and provider to allow for a higher quality of care by not allowing the insurance company to dictate how we treat our patients. A "superbill" can be provided to you upon request if you would like to submit for reimbursement with your "out-of-network" benefits from your insurance company.
We accept cash, check, debit/credit card including HSA cards, and Venmo.
DO I NEED A PHYSICAL THERAPY PRESCRIPTION?
Not necessarily. Direct access to physical therapy is allowed in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
If being seen in South Carolina, you may be seen by a physical therapist for 30 days before a prescription will be required to continue care.
If being seen in North Carolina, you may be seen by a physical therapist without needing a prescription for an unlimited amount of time.
Graceful Physical Therapy and Performance can provide you with your evaluation documentation upon request if you need to obtain a prescription from your physician for continued care.

She prioritizes the patient as a whole human, and not just as a diagnosis or time slot in a busy schedule that day. She strives to be an active partner with each patient in their recovery process and will help you be accomplish your goals!
Her specialized expertise in dance medicine as well as pediatric sports medicine allows her to provide her patients with the highest level of care as she understands the unique demands and techniques required from the artistic athlete. Her extensive experience working primarily with youth and adolescents is truly unique as she has the ability to understand unique diagnoses and conditions that you may not see when working with general outpatient providers.
